I have no problem blaming the pilot. ‘A pilot’s got to know his limitations’ and the evidence shows he did not have the competence to control the aircraft in the clouds!

@Haven sadly, you’ve got a point. There seems to have been the destruction of a talented group in addition to the individual lives lost. I can only imagine how its one surviving member feels. Does the “P” stand for pressurised? It was a large aircraft and it’s a shame the pilot didn’t ask for another qualified person to fly the plane with him.
